RAI&CO use Australia Post with all orders provided with tracking numbers.

Postage costs are Incorporated during the checkout process. All purchased items will be shipped from South Australia.

The usual time for delivery is between 3-7 business days and depending on your location within Australia. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed (between Monday-Friday).

All orders are signature on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery your order will be taken to your local post office. Please choose carefully when requesting to leave your parcel on premise. If you request for your parcel to be left than it is at your own risk and RAI&CO takes no responsibility for refunds or resending of your order. 

Orders outside of Australia may experience delay due to ongoing covid restrictions which a time frame cannot be guaranteed. Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. 

Please check your delivery address correctly during the checkout process. RAI&CO are not responsible for the follow up of parcels that have had incorrect delivery details placed during checkout process.

For all enquiries in regards to shipping details, they need to be followed up with Australia Post first and to provide your tracking number. If Australia post require further information from RAI&CO please email our customer care team with the lodgement ID number so we can provide extra information to your case. 

All parcels that are not collected from the post office in a timely manner and that are returned to sender are subject to pay additional shipping costs for the goods to be sent again. RAI&CO are not responsible for paying these fees.
